PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

 

30 Day Challenge is a 30 day Shred Program. The daily fitness workout will be in a calendar that you complete and TICK THAT BOX! If you're like me you love a good checklist to tick off. 

The food plan will follow a simple approach. Each meal and snacks will have a "pick one" from each category. Just follow it, no counting or tracking required. Weighing and measuring will be recommended. 

This plan is designed to easy and simple to follow with a group for motivation and inspiration.
