Mihaela (pronounced Me-Ha-E-La) Telecan DVM, MS, RD, started her path in the health and healing as a veterinarian. Down the road she realized that her true passion lights up from helping women live their best lives, so she turned dietitian, fitness instructor, diabetes educator, health coach, GAPS practitioner. Her personal mission is to help women go from dragging and nagging to awesome and unstoppable, using food, movement and mindset strategies. Imagine everyday jumping out of bed without snoozing the alarm, your stamina is through the roof, you're spilling out vitality, feeling smoking hot and content with life. Mihaela is using applied traditional wisdom, the GAPS protocol, habitual movement and mindset strategies to help women get their juicy life back.
