PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
75 Hard is a 75 day mental and physical toughness program, designed by Andy Friesella. What I love about it is that MOST people do well with rigidity. What I hate about it is it's just too much. When we lose weight by overexercising and creating negative associations with success we end up burning out.
I'm taking the 75 Hard and changing it up a bit to be more realistic while providing enough rigidity that people sink into the plan and create success.
The daily fitness workout will be in a calendar that you complete and TICK THAT BOX! If you're like me you love a good checklist to tick off.
The rules?
- Follow the meal plan (4 option will be provided)
- Workout everyday for 45 mins - with one day off.
- Drink 3L of Water
This plan is designed to easy and simple to follow with a group for motivation and inspiration.
The Accountability? Will be provided in an offline chat group - What's App or Slack. We'll be testing both to determine the best one.
This is ideal for people like me who want to accountability and connection without the social media piece.
