PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

 

Ripped in 45 is a 45 day Shred Program. The daily fitness workout will be 3 - 15 minute intervals. You can do them together for 45 minutes or break them up over the day. 

The food plan will follow a shred style food plan. There will be rules to follow and a sample plans but flexibility within the plan. 

This plan is designed to easy and simple to follow with a group for motivation and inspiration. 

By the end of the program you will:

  • Have a solid fitness and health routine that is easy to follow
