When I started my personal and professional development journey, I looked around and saw mostly men teaching.  I had amazing women as leaders and mentors for me, but the core of what I could find was male dominated.  

The more of the work I did the more I had to seek out people who faced the same challenges or could understand my challenges. 

In the end, I couldn't find what I needed so I created it.  First for me, now for you.  I looked around and realized just how many of us are struggling to find what we need with people who look like us... we crave leadership.  We know we were born for this... for more... we see ourselves in our highest potential ... 

But then you get stopped in your tracks and wonder...
